Marlene Rogers started bartending at Patty Jo's in 1998 and later became the owner of the building in 2010. Under her ownership, Patty Jo's evolved into a cozy neighborhood staple, offering great food and a welcoming atmosphere. The back room is available for hosting events and features a pool table, darts, private bathroom, and tables. Patty Jo's consistently displays impressive holiday decor and maintains an immaculate interior. The bar provides a unique, homey ambiance, appealing to regular patrons, special events, and promotions. Some notable events include Autism Awareness, cystic fibrosis, breakfast with Santa, and the annual Christmas party. The bartenders are Marlene's daughters or close family friends. Patty Jo's bar plays a vital role in fostering community spirit and is a standout Carrick staple, continually giving back to the community and providing a home away from home experience.
